HCA Family Expectations

Every HCA Family will complete at least 15 service hours per year

  • 10 On-Campus Service Hours

    • Activities that count include attending PTO meetings, Board Meetings, chaperoning field trips, being a teacher/office helper, campus clean-ups, running the school store at after-hours events, serving at PTO events, and more!

    • Need some help getting involved? Scroll on down to see some options!

  • 5 Off-Campus Service Hours

    • Volunteer around Aiken County!

    • Not sure where to start? We have some suggestions listed below!

Every HCA family will make at least 4 supply donations per year (one per quarter)

  • The amount is whatever is feasible for your family.

    • Donations can include teacher wishlists, donating to PTO events, general office/cleaning supplies, copy paper, and more!

    • Looking for your teacher's wishlist? It's listed on their staff page accessible HERE.

  • And the best part... no more keeping up with raffle tickets!

    • Families can log their service hours and donations through an easy digital form. Each quarter we will draw names through “Wheel of Names” to see who wins our prizes!
